In order to keep pace with this ever changing environment, we are constantly researching and evaluating new ideas and technologies to see how they might be of benefit to our clients. Additional Services and Website Upgrades that we already provide are listed on this page and new ones will be added as they become available.
Additional Services:
Website Promotion
Our packages include initial website promotion and guaranteed inclusion in major search engines. However, in order to improve the position of your listings in search results, it is very beneficial to promote your website on a monthly basis and build up appropriate incoming links. This gradually increases the number of customer enquiries that you receive through your website. There is no magic to this process, it just requires hard work, experience and persistence.
£100 per year for 12 x monthly promotions.
Website Design Changes
We can change certain design elements for you if required, such as: colour scheme, header (top-of-page graphic) etc.
£75 to apply a new website colour scheme. £75 to design a new header (top-of-page graphic). £POA for all other design changes.
Website Content Updates
We can carry out content updates for you as often as required. These include updates to general text, images and contact details for example.
£10 minimum charge. 10p per word for additional text or text updates. £1.50p per image for basic photo/image processing. £2.00p for images with special effects. £POA for all other updates.
Addition of downloadable documents
We can store Word or PDF documents on your website and provide a link to them from one of your webpages. This allows visitors to click the link and download a copy of the document.
£15 per document
Additional Domain Names
It is sometimes beneficial to own more than one domain name for a particular service or business. For example, you may want to choose one domain name that is well suited for search engine optimisation, and another domain name that reflects your name, service or business for use on business cards and letterheads. Both domains can be made to point at your website at the same time. Additional domains are permanently redirected to your website and are not forwarded. Each domain will have its own zone file and all email addresses are applied to all domains. Don't hesitate to contact us if you would like more help with this service.
£15 per year for each additional domain name.
Extra Data Transfer (Bandwidth) Top-Up
When your website becomes even more successful, you may need extra monthly bandwidth to cope with the extra demand from your visitors.
£25 a year to add an extra 1GB per month to your bandwidth allowance.
Website Upgrades:
Additional Pages
We can also add additional pages to your website (no upper limit). This is useful if you have a large amount of new content to add to your website or if you have a new product or service to promote. Each additional page includes all the basic design features of your website; colour scheme, navigation, logo etc. ready to accept your new content. The addition of the new content is included in the price but is subject to the normal specification limits - please see our Affordable Websites page for detailed specifications.
£60 per page.
Manage Your Own Webpage Content
If you need to update one or more of your webpages on a regular basis, we can provide you with access to your webpage content through your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer), using our 'Manage Your Own Content' system. This allows you to update, delete or add content to each webpage an unlimited number of times (within reason), e.g. instead of being limited to 400 words per page, you could sensibly increase this to a thousand words or more, subject only to common-sense readability limitations.
Our Manage Your Own Content system allows you to make regular announcements or special offers, or perhaps run a news or current events page.
£100 for the first page - £60 for additional pages thereafter.
Expandable Pages
We can arrange for your webpages to expand and contract in order to fit different pc and laptop monitor widths and resolutions. For example, if a visitor to your website is using a 19" widescreen monitor, your website would expand to fit the whole of the screen; if another visitor viewed your website on an old 14" monitor, your website would contract so that it would still be visible on the monitor screen without the visitor having to scroll sideways. You can choose 100%, 95% or 90% of monitor screen width.
£100 one-off setup charge.
Interactive Photo Gallery
A photo gallery provides a means of presenting a larger number of images in a small area of your website which would otherwise be cumbersome and difficult to read through. It can be used to present samples of your work, views of your premises, members of staff and so on.

Complex Enquiry or Feedback Form
For example, you can have a number of 'tick' boxes that potential clients can select to request information on a particular service or product. You may also want to collect more comprehensive information from a potential client in order to provide a quote or a tailored response.

Website Usage Statistics
Useful for monitoring the popularity of your website. Provides detailed information about visitors to your website including: which pages they viewed, which country they were viewing from, what browser they were using, total amount of information they viewed, number of 'hits' per page, times, dates and much more.
£50 one-off setup charge.
Additional E-mail Addresses
We can add as many additional email addresses as you require but please remember that emails do use a certain amount of your monthly bandwidth allowance. All email addresses include POP3 and SMTP functionality, and advanced anti-spam filtering.
£10 for each additional email address.
