Affordable Website Packages - How to Order
Please note, we will help you a great deal with each of the following steps. For example, we can help you to choose the best package for your needs and budget, we can assist you with decisions regarding colour scheme, choice of domain name and also provide stock images for your website if required. We will also research your business market (and location, if relevant) to help us to present your website in the most effective way.

- Prepare your content material and send it through to us.

The Ordering Process in More Detail:
- Choose a website package from our range, to suit your requirements and budget.
- Choose a preferred domain name based on a single word or a two or three word phrase. We will then attempt to register this for you if it is still available; if not, we will suggest some alternatives. We would strongly recommend that you choose a domain name with a .co.uk suffix if you are a UK based professional, small business or accommodation provider. We can register a .com suffix for you, but this is more suited to international organisations.
- We can use your existing colour scheme and logo (if you have one), as used on your stationary for example. However, if you do not have these, we can develop a suitable colour scheme for you and design a simple logo if required.
- Think carefully about the information (text and photos) that you want to display on your website. Your text content should be prepared in an electronic format using Microsoft Word for example, or you can just send it as an email. Your photos should also be in an electronic format (taken with a digital camera) and these can also be emailed to us as attachments. We can also accept your content as hard copy if required (by post), but we will have to charge a 10% processing fee. Hard copy can be: letters, brochures, photos, leaflets, notes, news clippings and so on. (These can be returned if required.)
- We will also need your full address, telephone number, business name (or your full name if you don't use a business or company name) and your business type e.g. sole trader, Limited Company etc. This information is used to register your domain name correctly, in 'your' name. We would also recommend that your contact details are placed on your website (this is essential for many businesses), however, this is entirely at your discretion.
- Send a cheque made payable to 'Intech Design Limited' for 50% of the order value (please note, for orders under £300 we require the full payment in advance), to the following address: 4 Robinia Close, Eccles, Manchester M30 7QE .
- Your developing website will be protected by a password until completed so that only yourself, your colleagues, friends (and other people that you want to specifically give access to) and ourselves, will be able to view the progress of your website.
- Once completed, you will have a further seven working days to inform us of any further changes that you would like us to make to your website before it is made 'live' on the Web. There will be no charge for reasonable changes made during this period.
